I was surprised to find when I checked my email that Webs had sent me an email:

"Dear User,

Congrats - Your site with username legitpayingsurveysites is in the Top 1% of all sites created this week! "

They then went on to say I should sign up with trialpay and get a years free .com domain subscription. It's an interesting idea and if I see something I like on trialpay I may very well go for it. Anyway I added a hitcounter to the site since I'm interested to see what the traffic is like. If you have yet to check the site out what are you waiting for? head over to http://legitpayingsurveysites.webs.com.

I also updated the site with the latest info from the surveys I have been receiving. There are a couple of sites I'm worried about that have yet to send me any email but they still have two more weeks to send one through before I'll move them to the "try and your own risk" section.

Monday 10 August 2009

So I went out for a meal with my family and when I came back to my surprise found I'd been flooded by surveys. So Of course I'll let you know who, what and how much.

Valued opinions gave me a 15 minute survey on "media", specifically relating to the Sun newspaper. The pay was £0.75.
Yougov gave me a 10 minute survey on questions such as the economy and my attitude towards health. They pay was £0.50.
Crowdology gave me a 3 minute survey with questions about my plans for the coming bank holiday on the 31st. The pay was £0.25
Ciao sent me a survey for £0.10 for 4 minutes but I didn't qualify.
Saynation sent me a survey but the link was down
PalmResearch sent me 2 surveys but I didn't qualify for either.
Toluna sent me a 20 minute survey about video games but the survey had already filled up.
Two things today. Firstly allow me to recommend Toluna to anyone. This site is open to people across the world and has provided me with a huge number of surveys. Early numbers suggest I will be able to earn a £10 amazon voucher every week. You can find a link to their site directly on my homepage.

In other news I've been paid by another site. This one is not a survey site it's a PTC one. I decided to include it because I only filled out a few offers with junk, earnt enough points for an £8 amazon.co.uk voucher in around 2 hours on the first day and sent off straight away to get it reedemed and see for myself if the site was legit. Well good news, it is and I plan to keep using the site. You can see for yourself here.

The site is called Rewards1 and is open to people from America, UK, Canada and Australia. The site has a huge rewards section and a custom rewards section where you can give them a link to what you want them to buy for you and they will get it provided you have the points. No matter if it's in pounds or dollars.

Sunday 9 August 2009

I have finally finished adding the UK sites to my website, 13 in total of which 11 are different to the ones paying in dollars. (SurveyHead and Focuslinesurveys pay in dollars or pounds depending on your location). Tomorrow I will get around to adding the final few sites onto the "other" page. This includes a site paying in Euros, one in Aus Dollars and a few other different sites. Don't forget to check it out here
Another great site is Dollarsurveys.net. This site pays $1 for a complete survey and requires no sign up. Unfortunately most surveys only want American's however I managed to get into one 5 days ago and as you can see for yourself they paid me just 2 days later.

I cut out parts so it wasn't so big and hid some of the details for my security.

I have now finished adding all 16 survey sites that are paying dollars through paypal. Why not check it out here. I will now start work on the sites paying in pound sterling. For this there are also a lot of sites paying amazon.co.uk gift certificates. This to me is not a bad thing as amazon has a huge range of stock and I intend to preorder some ps3 games from there so any certificates are a benefit in lowering the cost. They are valied for a year so you should be able to save up for a few months and buy something using only gift certificates.
It's time I added my first highly recommended site. Daily Survey Panel. This site is currently sending me 3 emails a day with survey invites. The points awarded for the surveys (10-20 minutes in length) are between 100 and 200 and you are able to cash out once you have just 200 points directly to paypal at a rate of $1 per 200 points. I highly recommend this site to American's as I find I don't qualify for most being from the UK.

Check it out below

To give you an idea of how I will look at each site I have included a copy of the first survey site I listed on my site http://legitpayingsurveysites.webs.com

Brand Institute

* Site Address: www.brandinstitute.com
* Survey Frequency: Unknown, they have not sent me one yet (only been 5 days though)
* Minimum Payout: Unknown
* How they Pay: Paypal
* Have I been Paid by them: N/A
* Rating out of 10: 3
* General Comments: This does not seem to be a particularly good site. In order to get the most surveys and the best paying ones you have to sign up for the "vip panel". You send off a special questionnaire and are then required to submit documented proof of your answers. I don't like the idea of sending them this so have not tried to get upgraded

Setting Up

First things first I have set up a free site with Webs at http://legitpayingsurveysites.webs.com Through this site I will be able to provided a detailed list of the sites I have signed up for which will allow you to see whats what easily, and allow me simply to post here how my experience is going. It will take a few hours to get the site set up however so bare with me!

Welcome

Well this is my first go at blogging. Let me give you a little background into the idea behind this. A few days ago I was looking up release dates for coming ps3 games and realised between november and january I had around £200 of games I wanted to buy and no money to buy it with. You've probably all heard of these get rich quick PTC sites and other junk. Well I'm not interested in making £0.005 each click so I looked around and found taking surveys was the answer.

The problem is I've been searching high and low over the interet for the last 5 days and found 100's of sites. Now obviously there can't be that many legitimate or even good sites out there. Looking at blogs and forums I managed to get a list of around 10 survey sites that met the categories I was looking for, namely :

1. A low minimum/no minimum payout
2. Payment by paypal (or amazon.co.uk gift certificates)
3. No fees to signup
4. People had claimed to have been paid by them

It was at this point I realised there was no one site that I really needed. One that covered all sites I was interested in. In my blog I will therefore attempt to keep you guys up to date with how the surveys are going, which sites send surveys, if they pay more than £0.10 for a 20 minute survey and most importantly if they actually pay up! As of now I'm signed up with 33 sites and am still searching for more.
